Testimonials

“I cannot recommend the 1:1 parent mentor sessions enough! I participated in three sessions and each on was incredibly eye-opening. My mentor April guided me to reflect on my own experiences as a child which helped me gain a deeper understanding of my own parenting style and approach. The sessions felt personalised and effective and provided me with practical tools and strategies I could use in my parenting straight away. What I appreciate most about these sessions was the non-judgmental and supportive environment April created. I felt safe to be vulnerable about my struggles as a parent and April provided me with guidance and encouragement to help me grow. Participating in these mentor sessions was one of the best decisions I’ve made as a parent. I feel more confident and equipped to handle the challenges that come with raising a child”. – Emma D

“I would encourage any parent who is looking to become more self aware and reflective in their parenting to participate in these mentor sessions. The benefits of taking time to reflect are enormous and I am grateful to my mentor for helping me realise this”.  – Lisa H

“Participating in the beta group of the four week group program was an incredible experience. I can honestly say it has transformed the way I approach and interact with my children. The group was well designed and thoughtfully delivered with each week building on the previous one. The group discussions were incredibly valuable in helping me connect with other parents who were going through the same process”. – Jess P

“Overall I would highly recommend The Introspective Parent group program to any parent who is seeking a greater sense of self in their parenting. Being part of a peer group was an incredibly powerful part of the program. Connecting with other parents who were going through similar experiences provided a sense of validation and support that I didn’t even know I needed. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such a supportive and inspiring community of parents”. – Morgan S
